The changes of arborization of secretions of mucous membranes of cows during the estrus are investigated. The most significant changes were found in the smears of mucus from the vine of the vagina and oral cavity, whereas crystallization in the smears of mucus from the nasal cavity and conjunctiva of the eye of the cows was noted regardless of the stage of the sexual cycle.
