Excessive microbial pressure in poultry houses creates conditions for deteriorating the health of the bird and reducing its productivity. The article provides an analytical review of the broiler chicken containment systems, it is considered how organic poultry farming differs from the conditions of the hen's cell and walking content. The results of bacteriological study of poultry house air, the accumulation of microorganisms in them, with the traditional, walking and organic content of the poultry are shown. The smallest amount of microflora from the air was isolated during the organic cultivation of broiler chickens. The greatest number of pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms was isolated from the air of a poultry house under the traditional system of cultivation. In the conditions of certified organic farming, a study was conducted on the testing of probiotics, bacteriocin and postbiotic as natural prophylactic preparations (since the preventive use of antibiotics is prohibited in organic livestock). Chicken broilers of the Cobb 500 were used in the experiment. Studies have shown that it is practically impossible to completely eliminate the aerogenic microflora, but it is absolutely necessary to monitor and maintain it at an acceptable level in the poultry house. In the chickens of the control group, a higher total microbial air number was recorded throughout the entire experiment as compared to the air of the test groups.
